Postage/Handling

Orders sent within AUSTRALIA and under 500 grams in weight, $10.00 - Trackable. Orders above 500 grams &/or oversize (such as bead cases, containers, tools etc) will be charged at the next applicable rate. Please note as of 2/4/12 Australia Post does not do 0- 250 gram parcels anymore they have merged 0-250grams and 250-500gram weight range - so no more small parcels under 250 grams. - Do not ask for a cheaper rate. Parcels are sent the best Trackable Method. By sending parcels by a trackable method of shipping we protect the buyer and the seller. We take no responsiblity for incorrect addresses - please make sure your address is correct .

International orders

Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery, for only $5 more than Air Mail.
It is available for items weighing between 500g to 2kg with a value less than $500. It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.*

if it is anymore we will contact you If your item is small I will endeavour to send it at a cheaper rate only if your order is paid by credit card as it is easier to adjust our accounts with a credit card payment.

The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods, this is not a payment to us, and all the taxes duties are buyer’s responsibility, we will not accept the responsibility for customs costs charged.

All Orders will be processed within 2 - 3 days after payment has been received providing sufficient stock in hand,

all Orders are checked twice by Staff before despatching

Payment Methods

Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only, with the following payment methods Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard: details are entered manually once order is picked and adjustments made for any short supply, extra shipping costs, etc. (all numbers are destroyed after processing),

If paying by Paypal this is an automated payment method at checkout - if more postage is required on your order, we will email you when the order is packed with the extra postage required. Your order will not be despatched until account is settled, if more postage is required.
- Schools, Tafes, Community Groups wishing to place a Purchase Order - please create an account - wait for your account activiation email then you can shop online - at checkout select payment method Purchase Order - when your order is packed we will email final invoice for payment. -

  Returns  are only available under for the following conditions: Any short deliveries, faulty goods must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt. Products will only be accepted for a credit/replacement or refund if authorised by us. No credits, refunds or replacements will be given for incorrect choice.  The cost of return postage is at the cost of the customer. Credits, replacements or refunds will be issued when the item is returned and inspected by us - please note all orders are checked before despatch

              We have access to thousands of products - we don't have them in stock - but we are happy to pre order them for our customers, it means you can have whatever you want - in products and quanities.
  
  All products in our range that are labelled Pre Order are the items that we can pre order for you . It will say Pre Order in the Item Title
  
  Always check our front page for   Pre Order Cut Off Day for ordering.
  
  Please do a separate order for pre orders and payment is by credit card only, as I will debit your card on the closing date, as I will know whats in stock. If you have a normal order that contains a pre order product your whole order will be held until your pre order comes in.
  
  Please allow approx 12 days from this closing date for delivery.
