Online Only web store based now in the beautiful Burrawang, Southern Highlands of NSW, Australia. Est 2004.  - great to move away from Sydney. Sorry we do not allow walk-in customers or pick ups as we are set up as a pick and pack Warehouse, please do not ask (as our Stock is not on Display), All orders are placed and paid for online - sorry no phone or purchase orders

By emailing us,  - it's the quickest, easiest and sorry the only way of getting a message to us, we also have a record of your enquiry for   reference - do not phone us, we have a farm, I work varied hours in our Office - sometimes I might answer your email at 9pm or 5am it depends on the day.

If you have not received any emails from us regarding your order (check your spam folder or your emails have been bouncing back) please log into your account to check the Status of your Order - if the order says completed tracking details are on the invoice for you to track via Aust Post.
