Pre Ordering Info

All products on our Beads on Kelly Street website that are labelled Pre Order are the items that we can pre order for you, our Australian customers. We don't have them in stock but we can pre order them in from our many suppliers - we have access to thousands of products,  we have also attached below The Beadsmith Catalogues they contain a huge selection of products you can pre order. - just click on below catalogues to view

Always check our front page or to the bottom of this page for PreOrder Cut Off Day (closing date) for pre ordering - this means when you have to have your pre orders in by this date.

If you have an order that contains a pre order product your whole order will be held until your pre order comes in, or we can split your order but extra postage will be required. Shortages will be refunded

Please allow approx 14 - 21 days from the cut off date (closing date) for delivery. - usually it is quicker but I like to allow this time just in case it gets caught in customs 

Pre-orders are placed on your behalf in good faith and we therefore regret that they cannot be cancelled after the cut off date as they have been placed with our supplier. We only pre order products for Australian customers only.
