We are a Online Store, to place an order please create an account -  you can shop online straight away - we do not do purchase orders or phone orders, all orders are placed and paid for online only.

At checkout select payment method -  credit card, paypal 

You can print out your orders by logging into your account - go to orders - then click on the order that you require a print out, (also when an order is placed an email of invoice will be automatically emailed to you)

If there is an item that the quantity is not enough or it is sold out - just contact us as we are ordering from some suppliers every week.  

If there is a particular craft product that you would like us to stock let us know or if you hare having trouble sourcing a craft line let us know also as we have access to heaps of suppliers.

We have heaps of discounted items throughout our Retail website, each item is different, please note there are some items that we cannot discount, we also have extra discounts for ABN holders - new customers just add your ABN in your Profile - wait for your approval before shopping,  exisiting customers just email us your ABN before shopping -wait for your approval before shopping
