When you create an account you will receive a Monthly Newsletter and a Welcome Shopping Code - when your account is activated by us, (the newletter you can unsubscribe anytime - just hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your newsletter)

All Orders

  • Retail Online Only
  • Orders are usually processed within 2 - 3 business days after payment has been received in the order that we receive the order - every order is important to us - so no queue jumping because everyone wants their order asap - you would not like it if we picked someones order ahead of yours - so please do not ask to have your order processed straight away and rushed to the Post Office same day - think of all the orders before yours!  Orders are collected for mailing each day before 8.30am
  • If we have sold out of an item (it is very rare) we are sorry for the inconvenience caused on our part - it could have been human error of entering stock on the computer by us or it's impossible to count every little item of stock that we purchase for the website as we get hundreds of items each month - we would be counting till midnight everyday - so sorry for the shortage.
  • If you wish to add extra items to your order that has already been placed and not yet posted - just pop through another order in the comments state that your would like to combine orders. We will refund the postage difference on the second order.
  • If you order contains a Buy in Advance item your whole order will held until stock is to hand. 
  • Sorry No Phone Orders as we are running on a tight stock control with all orders going through the website

  • Promotion Word Codes and Gift Certificates  if you have been given a word code or a gift certificate you need to be logged into your account for it to be active - codes are entered in the  Gift Certificate  Word Promo Code Box at View Cart/Checkout page - then hit the arrow to apply the code (Coupon Used Description appears just under the Box) - sign up code words are only issued one per customer - not one per email,  and only one code word can be used at a time - Codes cannot be entered into the Comments Section for them to apply and cannot be added after checkout.

Payment Methods

        • Credit Card, Paypal these are the only two methods of Payment - we do not accept direct deposit anymore as customers were taking to long to make payment.

        • Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only, with the following payment methods Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard: details are entered manually once order is picked and adjustments made for any short supply, extra shipping costs, etc. (all numbers are destroyed after processing), your credit card statement will show RM DYMOND and your receipt that isattached to your invoice will show RM DYMOND

          If paying by Paypal this is an automated payment method at checkout our trading name that will appear at checkout is R M DYMOND - if more postage is required on your order, we will email you when the order is packed with the extra postage required. Your order will not be despatched until account is settled, if more postage is required.

          Refunds and Returns  are only available under for the following conditions: Any short deliveries, faulty goods must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt. Products will only be accepted for a credit/replacement or refund if authorised by us. No credits, refunds or replacements will be given for incorrect choice.  Credits, replacements or refunds will be issued when the item is returned and inspected by us - Faulty goods returned to us by the customer will be refunded in full including return postage. (We then send the faulty item back to our supplier for our refund - so faulty items need to be sent back) Refunds will only be processed when we have received the stock back, shipping fee is not included included in refund when customer has submitted an incorrect mailing address when placing order. (we do not retype order details - your order is your address label) - we ask you to check at checkout your address and we also send an order placement email for you to check also - so if you cant be bothered checking - sorry that is not our fault!

Back Orders and Substitutions Sorry we do not do backorders.

        • We are proud of our 95% fill rate on orders. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may be temporarily out of stock or we have discontinued them
          • Items not received on your orders are NOT on back order and you have not been charged for them.
          • If you would like to check availability of an item before placing your order please email us. 

Postage/Handling

        • Orders sent within AUSTRALIA and under 500 grams in weight - $10.00 express (new rates as at Oct 2016) - Trackable method - or Parcel Post starting at $7.95 up to 500 grams
        • By selecting Express post does not entitle your order to be picked before others  - all orders are processed in the order that we receive them - they will be sent via the method that they are paid for when the order is completed.
        • Orders above 500 grams &/or oversize (such as bead cases, containers, tools etc) will be charged at the next applicable rate. Please note as of 2/4/12 Australia Post does not do 0- 250 gram parcels anymore they have merged 0-250grams and 250-500gram weight range - so no more small parcels under 250 grams. - Do not ask for a cheaper rate. If you are concerned about the weight of what your order might be then contact us.
        • We have two methods of shipping - trackable method and trackable method with signature on delivery - this last one is the best one - costs a little bit more for piece of mind as you have to sign for your parcel, the first one requires no signature on receipt of your parcel, the Postie could leave your parcel anywhere (we take no responsibility for where the Postie leaves this parcel - if your parcel is lost you will need to submit a lost report form via your local post office) - so if you think you are going to have a problem than please select with signature.
        • Postal items are picked up once a day for mailing - we do not make special trips to the post office for one off mailings
        • We take no responsiblity for incorrect addresses - please make sure your address is correct . We take no responsibliity for parcels that get lost in transit or have not been picked up from the Post Office. 
        • If we have overcharged you postage on your order it will be adjusted or refunded before posting.

International orders

Pre Ordering Information

We have access to thousands of products - we don't have them in stock - but we are happy to pre order them for our customers, it means you can have whatever you want - in products and quantities.

All products in our range that are labelled Pre Order are the items that we can pre order for you . It will say Pre Order in the Item Title

Always check our front page for Pre Order Cut Off Day for ordering.

Please do a separate order for pre orders and payment is by credit card only, as I will debit your card on the closing date, as I will know whats in stock. If you have a normal order that contains a pre order product your whole order will be held until your pre order comes in. We take no responsibility for out of stocks at our Suppliers

Please allow approx 14-21 days from this closing date for delivery- usually it is quicker than this just in case it gets held in customs.
